Excellent Location and Helpful Staff!

helpful staff beautiful view great advice

I found the staff super helpful. I got great advice from the receptionist on planning my days and travels to famous sights. The restaurant view also. I enjoyed a beautiful view while having breakfast every day (especially the Turkish coffee!).

Soundproofing was not optimal, and I could hear some street noise at night.

The location is very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions. Breakfast offered a good variety each morning. The rooftop terrace was great.

The location offers convenient access to Sultanahmet Square and public transport. Major attractions are within walking distance. The staff answered our questions and helped us. There is a restaurant located on the top floor offering a 15% discount for all guests. The terraces provide Bosphorus, Blue Mosque and St Sophia Cathedral views.

There was water disruption . The hotel provided interconnected rooms which were slightly smaller than the family room I booked. There is no parking available if one rents a car.
